PMP10116: Reduce output to 150W and 180W

Hi,

I have following doubts with respect to this design.

1. Value of DNP: What should be values of DNP resistors and capacitors? Or else to be shorted or to be kept open?

2. 5V Auxiliary input: Suggest me the circuit to get 5V supply from this design. I think 15V Aux supply is available. Shall I use LM2596 for getting 5V output? Or do you suggest any other circuit?

3. What changes I should do in this design to get output of 150W and 180W?

4. Can I use PWM for dimming instead of 0 to 10V dimming? If yes, What should be Maximum voltage of PWM signal?

5. Is it 'dim to Off' kind of dimming? I mean, In 0 to 10V dimming, at 0V will driver turn off the output supply?
