PMP20692: Output Voltage to 15VDC

We are interested  to use this design for our Flyback DC DC converter. But we require output as 15V@3A.  Please suggest us the modifications in the design. 

Also please share the transformer details to manufacture at our side or please suggest any part number to purchase directly
