WEBENCH® Tools/LM5022: I can't get Wbench to open help please?

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

HI

I am brand new to Wbench and whenever I click the "get started"  or 2Open design" from here for instance http://www.ti.com/product/LM5022-Q1#  nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong.
