I have purchased multiple XDS110 debug probes to use for development and production programming. I typically have used the CM10 adapter with the 10-pin ARM Cortex connectors without any issue. I recently have been using the 20-pin ARM Cortex connector in my designs and have found a problem with the CTI-20 to CM20 adapter. I have three of the adapters, where the pin 1 (VTREF) and pin 3 (GND) are shorted on the adapter PCB. The problem is on the ARM Cortex side (0.5" 20 pin) where two pins are shorting on features of the CTI-20 side connector. I verified this by removing the 20-pin ARM Cortex connector, and you can see where it shorts out on the large through-PCB support feature and associated pad. The pins 1 & 3 on the 20-pin ARM connector touch the large round pad. When removed, the short goes away.
