WARNING(ORPSIM-15246): Library index file nom_pspti.ind does not have the correct format

Hi 

I am trying to simulate Circuit and and I am getting following Error 

"WARNING(ORPSIM-15246): Library index file nom_pspti.ind does not have the correct format"

I also tried uninstalling and installing Software and also reinstall Library from the Help menu, but I am still getting an Error. I have attached a log file.

After contacting TI they suggested following solution, which did not resolve the issue.

I tried adding the nom_pspti.lib file in the specified directory, the file was already there so I deleted the old one and added the new one. I still have the same error as before. I tried reinstalling file from the Help and when I open PSICE again I saw following error on startup, which couldn't see after.

" ERROR (ORCAP-2466): Reinstallation of libraries could not be started. Try reinstalling later. "
