PSPICE-FOR-TI: Unable to place part from integrated library

Hello,

A customer recently came across an issue placing the LM13700 in PSpice for TI using the integrated library and double-clicking the part. However, I was able to place the part by opening the reference design and copying and pasting into a different design. I've linked the relevant thread below. Do you know what could be causing that issue and what we need to change in the model to be able to place it natively from the integrated library?
