TIDM-02010: exporting to local disk D and importing from same workspace

Hi, 

My workspace is stored in local disk D and the dual motor control algorithm is in D Drive.

In CCS i am importing the file from D Drive, but the changes that is done in D drive is getting linked to C2000 motor ware sdk file located in c

Ex: 

If i view hal,c in local terminal/system explorer the path is taken to C drive

Can you help me resolve this and tell me what needs to be done for having all the changes, library and driver files in D drive
