PMP20978: Voltage Input and Output Power Enquiry

Hi all,

I have a customer who is looking to design a 230Vac input to 60VDC,1.5kW output AC/DC power supply.

I would like to clarify 2 questions:

   1. I noticed that the design parameter for PMP20978 is recommended for 1kW system, can I use this for 1.5kW output power system?

   2. The input type for this reference design is in DC, since my customer is looking at 230Vac, is it fine if I just convert it to DC by taking 230*sqrt(2) = 325Vdc?
