Hi sir/mam,
I was simulating gate driver circuit to drive sic mosfet with part number IMW120R045M1. for this i have created macro file and while running the simulation in transient mode , it keeps on showing invalid function name and i don't know where does that name exist and don't know how to rectify it. please help me in solving this.
