Error during the installation of the PSpice for TI

Hello, I was approved to download PSpice for TI, I downloaded the PSpice-For-TI_setup.exe and executed it.

I see the splash screen to indicate it started the install process. 

Then I get this popup message. I have no problems getting downloads for our Cadence OrCAD tools so I don't understand why it complains about getting a SSL/TLS channel.

Is any body else seeing this error during the install phase, I did not see a related issue in the FAQ section.
