TIDA-00884: Resistor 5.1Kohm needed or not at CHG pin and DSG pin

Hi Team,

Can you help explain why there is 5.1Kohm resistor at CHG pin and DSG pin in schematic?

If without this resistor, is there any risk?

Is it possible to use 10Kohm or 100Kohm? What is the difference with 5.1Kohm?
