Hello, Team,
Customer is experiencing a problem that the output voltage is not as high as they expected.
They inputted 200 Vrms, which expected output voltage is 400V, and the actual output voltage was ~280V...what might be causing this?
When looked at the waveform, the shape is not PFC and only seems to be running at the peak of the input.
Therefore, we suspect that the output is coming from how it is detected on the diode as a input peak voltage (280Vrms*1.4).
If they looked at the low-voltage side with an oscilloscope, they did not see any outputs.
- What could be the reason behind this?
- What should we check in such cases? Are there any signals that we should check?
Best Regards,
Masaru
