High voltage(>1200V) MOSFET model in TINA

Hi expert,

I want to simulate the power stage of motor drive for 3 phase input, the DC bus is almost 600V and I need a MOSFET for V_DS>1200V, I can see in TINA library, the max drain-source voltage is all =100V. Is there high voltage MOSFET in the lib of TINA?
