PSPICE-FOR-TI: crashes during simulation

Hello Team,

I'm posting on behalf of my customer:

I have a simple circuit i'm trying to simulate with PSPICE-for-TI. The schematic is done, but the application continues to crash either prior to or during the simulation.  

Here is the software behavior before during and at the the end of crashes
