Hi Texas team,

Good day, 

I'm Apiwat M, Supplier Quality engineer in Celestica Thailand.
           According to we have continued to produce this part and found UCD9090 abnormal at Fusion Digital Power designer program.
Normal Our board used UCD9090 2 units per board (location U3, U57) and CTH used Fusion Digital Power designer program to scan both units.

But we can detect only one device at this program and we tried to swap units but still found one device.

         So Could you advise to us "Why the program defects only one device at testing ?

How do we validate this case ?

Details

1. Ex Good condition

 Scan for devices from address 1 to 127d with the Fusion Digital Power designer program with a known good unit , found 2 devices.
"UCD9090 (U3, U57) : UCD9090 Verification prior to config XML (67d/65d)"

Observation and action

1. Scan for devices from address 1 to 127d with the Fusion Digital Power designer program. found device only U3 (67d)
2. Swapping U57 with U3 , the failure follows a (suspect) bad component. 
3. Scan for devices from address 1 to 127d with the Fusion Digital Power designer program. found device only U57 (65d)
