TPS61280E: Recommend via size & filling.

Hello

I have a board featuring the TPS61280E. I just want to know what size & type of via i should ask for to the manufacturer of the PCB. Right now the design looks like this



Track size is 0.150mm for signal & 0.200mm for GND & VCC, the 2 via are 0.10mm drill & 0.3mm diameter in KiCad; I Was plannig to ask for Filled and capped (Via Type VII) Is that all good ?

I tried to find some detail about the via used on the EVK, but didn't found anything more than the userguide.
