PSPICE-FOR-TI: install Pspice for TI

Since I reinstalled my system, when I try to install Pspice for TI, I get the following message "Too many machines attempting to connect with the same access key".

email is hadu@kns.com. Can you help me remove all of the computers so that can re-install it again, thanks in advance!
