TINA/Spice/THS4521: PSPICE Model Issue

Part Number:THS4521

Tool/software:TINA-TI or Spice Models

I am trying to simulate the THS4521 and I'm getting errors when trying to run it. I am using the PSPICE Rev C model with LTspice. From letting it auto-generate, the model still complains about the following when doing analysis:

ERROR: Node U2:I0:I21:1:102 is floating and connected to current source G:U2:I0:I21:1:RA
ERROR: Node U2:I0:I19:1:102 is floating and connected to current source G:U2:I0:I19:1:RA
ERROR: Node U2:I0:I19:1:302 is floating and connected to current source G:U2:I0:I19:1:RC

u2:i0:vprobe1b: Missing value, assumed 0V @ DC
u2:i0:vprobe2b: Missing value, assumed 0V @ DC
u2:i0:vprobe2a: Missing value, assumed 0V @ DC
u2:i0:vprobe1a: Missing value, assumed 0V @ DC
u2:i0:vprobe4: Missing value, assumed 0V @ DC
u2:i0:i32:vprobe: Missing value, assumed 0V @ DC

I saw there was another thread about the TINA model not working correctly with single ended supplies and wondered if that could be part of the issue.
