Hi,

In my tida-010042 MOSFET based design, one phase of interleaved is getting heated than other phase.I assume it may be due to current imbalance between two phases. When I am adjusting the duty of two phases(each phase is given separate duty), I have observed temperature is getting slightly balanced. What may be the real cause of this temperature difference. How can I solve this issue of temperature imbalance between two phases. If current imbalance is the reason, what is causing this issue? What are the design considerations that I should follow for properly balancing the current between two phases.

Regards,

Cyril
