TINA/Spice: RM42L432 chip, VIM function problems.

Question background:
Chip: RM42L432

Problems:
1. The cycle reset chip (about 9 seconds cycle, reset pin: "81 pins, the NRST");
2. Probability, chip electric start , function call: "SL_SelfTest_VIM (VIM_SRAM_PARITY_TEST)", return FALSE values.

Pls help me!!!!!!
