Dear team

I have refer the PMP21318.

https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tidt301/tidt301.pdf?ts=1685622288968

The spec of customer  is Vin=54V,Vo=12V,Io=5A, They would like to know the efficiency of converter(UCC2897a).

Could I refer the yellow line value on test report(0A-5A)?

And for this efficiency table. Did the J3 is efficiency include(TPS2373+ucc2897a)?

Did the J1 is efficiency include(full bridge+TPS2373+ucc2897a)?

How to Create a True Differential Front-End in PSPICE

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA1637

I want to run a true differential circuit (e.g., using OPA1637 diff amp), with a differential input and differential output. I want to measure with diff output parameters using PSPICE.

What's the correct way to configure true differential AC Source waveform? Do I use TWO independent Sources with some kind of polarity flip on one of the Sources? Do I use a single source driving from both ends? Do I use the OPA1637 reference design (see attached) which uses functional blocks that I'm not familiar with? The OPA1637 reference design seems to be driven from identical polarities (not 180/180 differential). And while we're here, what's the correct way to measure a true differential output?

Part Number: TIDA-00440
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMC6082, ADS1256,

Hi Team

I have a customer that is designing to measure leakage current in electric machinery insulation.

The requirement measuring current is approximately 1nA using the devices ADS1256 ADC and precision op amps LMC6082.

I have already suggested the reference model TIDA-00440. Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Adding AMC23Cxx PSpice Models to PSpice for TI Model Library

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC23C10, AMC23C14, AMC23C12, AMC23C11

The PSpice Models for AMC23C10, AMC23C11, AMC23C12, and AMC23C14 were recently uploaded to their respective pages on ti.com.

Is there a procedure for getting these models added to the PSpice for TI Model Library?

Note that there was a Rev A of the AMC23C14 and we are now using Rev B.

Hi Team,

May I check with you how many HW/SW breakpoints are allowed for XDS110 and XDS200? Besides the breakpoints, what other limitations of XDS110 compared to XDS200?

Thanks!

Source Driving Dual Inputs in PSPICE

When I run circuit #1 (see image), PSPICE works great.

When I run circuit #2, which is circuit #2 doubled (in parallel), I get errors.

Does PSPICE allow running two identical circuits from the same Source?

If YES, how would I configure circuit #2 for proper simulation?

Here's the error message:  ERROR(ORPSIM-15143): Voltage source and/or inductor loop involving X_U4.X_H1.VH_H1. You may break the loop by adding a series resistance.

(adding series resistance to the Source output doesn't change the error)

i  am working on 5.5V/11Amp fly-back power supply. the circuit and reference design i took from the Texas Instruments website which reference number is (PMP11371) i took same same components same design and same IC  technique for my design. i dont have the transformer design and data but with the help of google and few notes on Fly-back transformer design  i made and circuit is working properly without any problem. but problem is this i am not getting my desired output. my design is providing me only 5.5V/10amp supply. previous mail i told you my transformer design data. which i am using with the reference design. please help  me to find out the  problem where i am  doing mistake.
As per your knowledge i am sharing the link of my reference design, the reference design number. and transformer design data.

Hello,

I am facing a problem installing PSPICE. After I have started the installation of the PSPICE setup file I am requested to add my usr and access code (which I received in previous email).

I did so (copied paste the access code) but I receive a warning msg of an internal error occurred and further help will be provided by contacting the E2E.

I would be grateful to receive some assistance.

Kind regards,

TINA-TI RLC circuit Step response

I am simulating the step response waveform of an RLC circuit with TINA.Input a step signal and examine the voltage waveform across the capacitor.Setting R = 0Ω, L = 1µH, and C = 1µF, the result obtained by Analysis > Transient Analysis > should be that the vibration should continue, but the vibration waveform converges to an amplitude of 1.I don't think there is an error in the settings, but if there are any inadequacies, it would be helpful if you could point them out.

Assign Tolerance to Passives

How can I assign a tolerance to passive components in PSPICE? For instance, I want to make certain resistors 0.1% tolerance.

The Cadence tutorial video from 2020 shows:  PSPICE => Advanced Analysis => Assign Tolerance.

https://youtu.be/cCn7scO14Kc

But I cannot find these commands in the Texas Instruments PSPICE menu.

Part Number: PMP20878
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP21318

Dear team,

I am looking for PoE 12Vout/24Vout, and found we have PMP20878 and PMP21318.

We would like to use the same transformer in both two different output design.

#1

May I know is that possible to do?

Per my understood, share the same xfmer cannot optimize efficiency at this two different output.

#2

Could you recommend a 2nd side driver IC for ACF 2nd side FET driving?

Ben
