Hello Daniel,

Hope you are well.

Given that the max output load current from the TIDA-070002 could be 10A, why did you choose a coupled inductor 

with a secondary winding rated at 10A. If the TIDA-070002 were supplying 10A, then the average and peak inductor current will be higher.

As an example, if the output load current is 7.3A, then the average and peak secondary-winding inductor currents would be 11.6 and 13.8A respectively.

TIDA-010132: power board schematic

Hi TI,

I was going through the TIDA-010132 schematic and find that it is powered from a separate custom board.

Block diagram for that power board is shown on page 29 of TIDA-010132.

Block diagram and selected components, looks very promising to me and I will love to use the power tree architecture and selected components in our company projects.

Can you guys share us the schematic of TIDA-010132 POWER Board?

Hello,

Could the nice TIDA-010042 be tailored to perform as MPPT Wind Turbine Charger?

In wind turbines must be used a diversion style regulator: which charges the batteries, and as the batteries become charged, the excess power is diverted to a resistive load.

Wind turbines are not designed to work with PWM or shunt style solar panels chargers controllers wired between the wind turbines and the battery bank

These controllers “disconnect” the solar panels rom the battery bank when the batteries are charged, allowing te wind turbine to spin free, which is not recommended.

Hello,

I am looking for a reference software for the design TIDA-00281, I have found tidcbd2 file, which includes some files from the motorware at path:

E:\sw\modules\hal\boards\TIDA-00281\f28x\f2802x\src, as per path it can be observed that it related to motorware path, but inside the

path:C:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\sw\modules\hal\boards, there is no such folder name as a TIDA-00281.


TINA/Spice/LM5180: How to speed up LM5180 simulation?

I appreciate your support in providing me LM5180 which can be simulated in TINA promptly. The model is working fine in TINA but it taking a very long time for running even 5mS transient analysis. Is there a way to speed-up the simulation process viz. enabling additional cores of my PC's processor, etc.?

I'm running noise simulation of OPA445 using Tina simulation package. I suspect that the simulation model is not accurate by comparing with in data sheet. But the data sheet only provides the voltage noise down to 10Hz and no flicker current noise. Other mfgs provide down to 0.1Hz.  Do you have more accurate model? Any suggestions how to evaluate noise performance

Using Webbench my 5V to 3.3Vdc circuit puts out 4.1V. The resistor values suggested Rfbt= 232K in parallel with 12pf and Rfbb= 51.7K

What causes this error? Is there a minimum load for this part? There is 22uF on the output and it is lightly loaded. The mode pin is grounded.

TINA/Spice/LM5104: LM5104 TINA model, doesn't work?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to control the LM5104 with an external voltage (pulse generator) in the pin IN to control 2 gating signals. According to what I understood, when there is high level in IN pin you get high level in OH and low in LO and vice versa.

The left part of the circuit is the one included in the datasheet. The right part is my circuit, where I want to control the voltage coming to the diode, either -50V or 1V. In this simulation in TINA I always get -50V in the diode. The idea is to connect a pulse generator in IN pin, so the diode will be directly polarized only in certain cases. -50V is in the pin I_PIN_EN_OL. Best regards,

They use the following parameters:

Vin = 20V -30V
Vout = 18 V
Iout = 1A

Hello,

I have performed some simulations for the LMR14030 on the online workbench tool. However, i would like do some simulations in TINA-TI and I am unable to download the TINA model. The export to TINA functionality on the workbench is not working and I am only able to install pspice models that don't work in TINA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was running simulation on TI spice Using LM5050-2 for Oring of two power supply on one Load . When i try simulate lost of one power input, the Gate voltage of the other IC is affected. Cannot understand why.  The simulation result shows that VG1 gate voltage is affected which i think it should not be . thanks
