I am trying to create a spice model for a photodiode OZ100SG. It is similar to PS2501 whose spice model was available in TINA through a different component. The information in the datasheet of OZ100SG is not sufficient to fill all the parameters in the spice model, so I do not understand how to build the model? Even the PS2501 datasheet does not have enough information to build the model. For example some of the required information to build the photodiode:
Diode(LED) -
IS = Saturation current
N = Emission coefficient
RS = Ohmic resistance
TT = Transit time
CJO = Zero Bias junction capacitance
VJ = Junction potential
M = Grading coefficient
EG = Activation energy
BV = Breakdown voltage
IBV = Current at breakdown voltage
I am trying to simulate the real circuit as close as possible. Provide me a guideway, please.

In the U.S. we have no access to the neutral of the grid. We have three phases and the ground. If I use the following design (please see the picture below), the common mode noise in the ground will be transferred to the cold side. Doesn't this design make your controller noisy?

I found some malfunction in WEBENCH when I was going to error simulation.
Report1:
Search device ->[WEBENCH Designer window]-> press [Open Design] -> can't open
Report2:
Open Design by WBENCH -> change Cout (CHOOSE ALTERNATE -> change other component or Create custom part -> )
go to [SIMURATE] -> It is not changed.
return to schematic of CUSTOMIZE. -> A default is restored
Can I do not simulation by the parts which it changed?
Ultimately, I want to check difference between error simulation and normal simulation.
Can I execution this activity by WEBENCH?
